About Me

Hello, my name is Deborah O'Connor,

owner of Anchor in Serenity. I am a certified and

dedicated trauma-informed practitioner of holistic wellness therapies, as well as a grief educator and coach. I specialize in offering guided immersive meditation blending my training in hypnosis, meditation, Yoga Nidra and Reiki energy healing to foster deep inner peace and balance.


My passion lies in guiding and supporting individuals/groups through their unique journeys of self-discovery and healing, helping them reconnect with their true selves and unlock a profound sense of well-being. With years of experience and a heart-centered approach, I am committed to supporting each person in their path towards health and spiritual growth. My devotions is to helping support those on their journey of addiction recovery and individuals navigating the complex emotions of grief and loss.
